The compact ultrasonic metal powder sieving system for applications requiring high powder quality.
Whether it is titanium, cobalt-chrome, aluminum or any alloy, the metal powder used in the additive manufacturing process must have a very narrow size distribution.

For the 3D metal printing process (Selective Laser Melting) the range of powder distribution is around 15 to 45 micrometers. The metal powder sieving system 2Sieve helps you to optimize the powder quality to achieve optimal printing results.

Its ability to operate under argon ensures the safe sieving of reactive materials such as titanium.

Clean your metal powder to achieve perfect printing qualities

Clean your powder before use. Contaminants that occur in the overflow powder during the printing process are filtered out. This ensures high powder quality even with used powders and increases the overall quality of your printed components.

2Clean

Metal 3D printing has never been this safe and easy
After each print with the metal 3D printers 2Create or 2Create Plus, cleaning is essential. Brush the powder into the overflow; this powder can be reused. However, remaining powder particles must be vacuumed for cleanliness.

That’s where 2Clean comes into play: It ensures safe powder vacuuming with a cyclone separator ensuring no particle loss. Powered by compressed air, it’s easy to connect to any existing air system.

It’s suitable for non-reactive powder suction, boasting a HEPA filter for clean, contamination-free air. Each 2Clean features a Cyclone separator ensuring no powder loss.

During cleaning, powder is collected in the cyclone, ready for further processing in the 2Sieve metal sieving station. With 2Clean, safely vacuum metal powders and keep your metal 3D printer clean, ready for the next print job.

2N2

The Industrial Nitrogen Generator 2N2 is used to supply our printers with nitrogen gas at the push of a button, to reduce the oxygen amount in the building chamber to prevent material from oxidation.

The generator 2N2 uses Membrane technology . It is engineered to transform standard compressed air into a safe, regulated supply of nitrogen up to 70 L/min, with a purity of up to 99.9%.

The generator produces a continuous flow of nitrogen with laser-grade in 24/7 production process worldwide, even under the most challenging environments to guarantee frictionless industrial use.

This 2N2 series is equipped with a built-in, oil-free scroll compressor with inverter technology:The exclusive electronic flow control, combined with compressor control by the inverter, allows to generate nitrogen with higher purity using a smaller volume at less pressure of air which results in reduced energy costs and increases the lifetime of the compressor.

Continuous control of the operating parameters of the nitrogen allows to maintain the system at its maximum efficiency.

The Industrial Nitrogen Generator 2N2 has been developed to meet specific requirements in terms of gas, flow, purity and pressure for Laser metal printing.
